Thank you for a great event!

The First Annual Portland Indie Biz Awards recognized the leaders among Portland’s vibrant independent business community and showcase the impact that independently owned businesses have on greater Portland and the state of Maine.

More than 150 people joined us for an award ceremony to honor the finalists, award recipients, and all of the nominees on May 22 from 6:30 to 10 at SPACE Gallery in Portland.

Winners were selected by online vote– more than 1800 votes were placed on this site! Check out the full list of the winners and the nominees.

The event included live music by local bands Samuel James and Honey Clouds, a silent auction, and awesome food and drink from local businesses.
